WHAT IS CHIROPRACTIC?

Every minute of every day, our nervous system is constantly relaying information from our brain to our body and vice versa. Not a single cell, tissue, or organ can function without input from our nervous system. We express every aspect of life through this innately intelligent system and it's truly designed to help our body adapt to any physical, chemical, or emotional changes that surround us.

The way the nervous system is able to communicate with our body systems is through our spinal cord, which is housed within our spine. If our spine misaligns, or subluxates, it can decrease proper communication between our brain and our body, interfering with it's ability to adapt appropriately. Over time, these subluxations can lead to dysfunction and disease.

Chiropractic adjustments realign the spine to eliminate subluxations, creating the optimal environment for proper nerve flow, and increases the potential for experiencing life at it's fullest degree. This is why consistent chiropractic care is important for overall health, not just back pain and headaches.

OUR APPROACH.

Most healthcare facilities, both chiropractic and medical, only focus on helping people feel better, and most do a really great job of that.

At Cumming Family Chiropractic, we focus on helping you get to the root cause of your symptoms, not only helping you to feel better, but also helping you to heal and adapt better to live life at a higher frequencyWhether you're looking for relief of symptoms or health preservation and elevation, we're here to support you.

While our doctors have post-doctorate training in pregnancy and pediatrics, we see patients from all walks of life. This is why so many pediatricians, obstetricians, midwives, doulas, massage therapists, and various other providers recommend Cumming Family Chiropractic to their patients.

"While other professions are concerned with changing the environment to suit the weakened body, chiropractic is concerned with strengthening the body to suit the environment".

-BJ Palmer, developer of chiropractic
